I am not sure what is to be written in the "Event Description" field when reporting the scenario I GM'd at my friend's house.
Scenario Submission (the area you posted) is for writers hoping to get a scenario published.
But to answer your question, the Event Description of a home game is kind of up to you. Generally it will be something like 'PaizoCon,' 'online PbP,' or [insert city here] Patfinder Society (or PPS). I think the first one I put in was 'Jake&Amber hosted We be Goblins' or something like that. You can see the guide to organized play (PFSGOP) for the full details.

If you uncheck "event is public", it won't show in the public events list, so you can write anything you want into the event description, even "blablabla". You'll be the only one who can see the event ;)
A non-public event is basically just for you to have an event number to put on the chronicles.
If, for your future plans, you want to host an event at a public place that's open for anyone, you'll want to put info like where to find your event and when exactly you plan to start, maybe also ways to contact you and register a seat at the table.
