Thank you for letting us know about this! After taking a look into your order #3508495, it seems that your items were shipped on March 24, with an estimate of 9 - 36 days in transit. Since international orders can sometimes take a long time, this would mean that your shipment should be delivered by May 13th. I would not consider it lost until sometime closer to that date.
We do not have a way of tracking international orders, but if it gets closer to the estimated date and you still have not received your order, please let me know and I will be sure to do some further investigating for you.
