Order 3491055 - Damage

I just got this order in today and the package was water logged.
The two books inside had severe water damage and are warped.

The package was delivered on a heavy rain day and looks as if the postal guy was careless in keeping it from getting wet. My mail box is under an enclosed porch.

What would I need to do to replace these copies??

Thank you for letting us know about this! I'm sorry to hear that your books arrived in poor condition. I will go ahead and set up a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed the new order for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know it's on the way.

In the meantime, if you'd like to send photos of the damage to customer.service@paizo.com, we can make note of the incident. If you continue to have issues with the same delivery method, you may want to consider either speaking to your local mail carrier or changing your preferred shipping method.
