Hi, I was just wondering if fire-forged armor would help reduce and or eliminated the -4 check to avoid heat exhaustion while wearing armor?

I would say no.

Nonlethal = exhausted/fatigued... has no correlation to lethal fire damage, which is what the armor channels.
