I've taken a look into your order #3478101, and it seems that the payment method was declined due to a problem with the Address Verification System check. What you're seeing on your account is actually just temporary authorizations, which did not go through on our end because of a problem with the billing address.
I have issued an authorization reversal request, so those should fall off of your account shortly, depending on how quickly your bank processes the request. If you'd like to read more about our authorization process, you can do so here.
Since resolving the Address Verification problem will involve sensitive information, I'll go ahead and send you an email so we can get this worked out. Please let me know if there are any further questions you may have in the meantime.

EDIT: After taking a look into the order and trying the authorization again, it seems that the billing address issue has been worked out. Your order is now just waiting for the warehouse to reach it in the queue. You will receive a confirmation email once they have processed the order for shipping. Thanks for your patience!
