Missing Authorization Email

Just double checked and never received an authorization email. Could you take a look into it please?

*edit* Just looked at page a bit closer, says it is waiting for July to ship, though I was sure I subscribed in time for the order to spawn before realizing I mistakenly selected Occult Adventures instead of Unchained as where to start the subscription again...is there any way to save this and get Unchained as part of the subscription or am I out of luck? Really was looking forward to unchained and getting a pdf and book together.

Hi there,

It looks like you do have Unchained set as the first book that you are to receive in the Roleplaying Game subscription. I've sent you a duplicate of the confirmation email that you should have received for it.

We typically allow about a 2 week window for all of the subscriptions to be sent out of our warehouse, depending on how many there are. Once your order has been processed for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. If you don't receive that email in the next two weeks, please let us know and we'll be glad to do some investigating. However, everything seems fine at the moment.

If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please let me know and I will be glad to help out.

One thing after another. I saw it got rejected. I know this isn't a fault on your end and have already called my bank and credit card. I moved recently and for some reason the address still hasn't been updated apparently on the credit card's end (despite going through this exact same issue last week). Very frustrating!

I'm trying to sort it out. What do I need to do for the system to try redo the transaction (that is once it is sorted out)? Can I just post here or what are the available options? You can contact me via email if that is easier too.

*Edit* Alright after about a half dozen phone calls my address should now be right. Please let me know how to proceed to get the payment tried again. Order #3525601

Hi Aleron,

I'm sorry that there was so much more trouble with your order! I've tried it again, and it looks like the authorization was able to go through just fine. Your card information should be updated, and I've made sure that it is set as the default card for future orders.

Since there is now an open authorization on your card, I will go ahead and make sure your order gets down to the warehouse so that they can process it for you before the authorization expires. (Hopefully that way it won't have time to give you any more trouble!) Once they're processed it, you should receive an email to let you know it's on the way.

If it puts up any more of a fight, just let me know and I can jump in again. Otherwise, it should be on the way soon!
