The closing for this location is to "Summon and Encounter the henchman Shimerae". Shouldn't it be "Summon and Defeat the henchman Shimerae"?

I'm not near my cards, is it possible that Shimerae is so nasty that if you fight it once, even losing is punishment enough to get it closed?
More likely, I'm guessing it's another common sense situation. They tell you to fight it, and you aren't going to be rewarded for failing. Summon and defeat does match the usual format though.
