Checking status on a order

Hello All,
My order 3491073 has not arrived but does not list any tracking other than items have already shipped. Is there something wrong with this order?

Hi Alceste!

You should have received a tracking link in your confirmation email, and according to that link, your order was transferred to a Post Office near you on the 14th. Sometimes a Mail Innovations shipment can take a few days after it is transferred to a Post Office to reach you.

I will go ahead and re-send you the confirmation email with the tracking link so you can keep an eye on that. If you don't receive your shipment towards the beginning of next week, let me know and I'll do some more investigating for you.
