Hello, Paizo CS gurus...

On February 11, I got the e-mail saying this order was going to ship by February 20 (Volume 1 of the Giantslayer AP). On my order history, it reads as having shipped (not sure of the date). However, it is now March 18 and I have yet to receive the shipment. Is there anything that can be done?

I'd appreciate anything you can do! Thanks in advance!

I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that the shipment may have wandered off in transit somewhere. You definitely should have received it by now! I'll go ahead and get a replacement set up to be sent out to you. If the original does show up in the meantime, please let us know. Otherwise, you should receive your replacement soon.
