If you bought the vial before the price was errata'ed, do you now have to pay an extra 6300 to keep it, or do you just thank the powers that be you picked it up first? Early tengu and the worm and all.
As per the guide, you sell it back for a full refund. (You're then welcome to pick one up for 7k, so functionally just paying the difference, but if you got it for PP, you'd get your PP back and have to spend the extra GP.)
