But is there anyway to play cards like the Alchemist or Warpriest, etc in organized play? Since they don't really have a class deck built for them?

Sovereign Court

You have to have the matching class deck. Sometimes adventure rewards let you play characters with different class decks. For example, the first adventure of OP rewards with the ability to play Jirelle the Swashbuckler using the Rogue (Ranger? Can never remember) deck. The current adventure lets you use one of the Wrath characters, Enora (Don't know the class), using the Wizard deck.

I think Enora is an Arcanist.

The internet suggests that that's a cross between a wizard and a sorcerer

The Advanced Class Guide does list Wizard and Sorcerer as the parent classes for Arcanist. It is Int-based like the Wizard.
