Is this module easy to run with little prep? There seems to be an impasse on finding a GM for it at my local play I am considering being ready to step in at the last minute if necessary.
Short answer no. The last combat can be very deadly and has some intricacies that are not obvious. Additionally, there are some important role playing bits earlier in the scenario that could be missed.
Would not recommend it - it's a roleplay-heavy, investigative scenario. Obviously you can if you have to, but I'd suggest having a combat-intensive scenario (or at least one with a very linear plot) available instead.
