Thank you for bringing this to our attention! It looks like we do not currently have any non-mint copies of "Blood for Blood" available in our warehouse, so the item is still pending in your sidecart. There may have been an inventory glitch which showed the item as temporarily available on our website, and I apologize for any confusion.
If you would like to leave the book pending in your sidecart, it would automatically be sent out with a subscription order once we receive some in stock. However, since this book is out of print, the odds of us receiving more are not very high unless we receive a return. If you would like to cancel the item from your sidecart, please let me know and I"ll be more than happy to assist you.

Since we don't finalize charges until the product has been processed for shipping, you should not have been charged for this book. If you do see anything that looks like a charge on your account, it should just be a temporary authorization and it'll expire and release the funds automatically.
