A note about adding a DT invite to an existing account.

It would seem if you add a DT adventure invite to upgrade an existing account the deals and DT work fine.

There is however one proviso.

If you create the DT from a pre-existing character with some training of its own it appears like the system cannot handle it and you will not get full backdated XP requiring a call to Goblinworks Support.

You won't get Backdated XP for characters that already have XP. See the Backdating XP Section of this blog.

Oh, that is not going to please the person in question as they only had about 100 extra XP on the second character but decided to use it anyway as the system said it would not delete until 4.00 am tomorrow.

Can they apply to have the character deleted and create a new one with backdated XP ?

Nope.

Oh well, I suppose she should have waited the 22 hours or whatever it was till the character was deleted.

I think the fact that she had logged in just after server reset and it was such a huge wait for the char deletion did not help.
