Suggestion: Expert Captor trick for Skirmisher Archetype

Sovereign Court

I think it's strange that there is literally no ranger archetype which focuses on the most basic tool in a ranger's arsenal; rope. Whether it be a lasso or knots, none of it seems to be neccesarily relevant to the ranger. All the while the Order of the Penitent have the following order ability;

Order of the Penitent wrote:

Expert Captor (Ex)

At 2nd level, as long as he has rope, the cavalier can tie up a grappled opponent, even if the opponent is not pinned, otherwise restrained, or unconscious, and he does not take the usual –10 penalty on his combat maneuver check to do so. When determining the DC to escape bonds secured by the cavalier, the cavalier's Combat Maneuver Bonus increases by 1/2 his cavalier level.

Further, there's a feat called Equipment Trick (rope) that does the following amongst other things;

Equipment Trick (rope) wrote:
Hogtie: When you attempt to tie up an opponent you are grappling, your penalty is only –5 instead of the normal –10.

Therefore, I suggest that skirmishers are able to add either Hogtie or Expert Captor to their list of tricks, short of creating a ranger archetype that encorporates more creative uses for rope.
