It will take a while to get it growing, but you can see the seeds in the ground. A functional AH will help a lot, but there is no substitute for people talking to each other.

Yeah its hard choice between making your 1000 point 3rd alt a spy, a settlement harassing low skill PvPer or a roam around the AH and update sell/buy orders character at present.

Though the proposed 7 day AH sells will substantially reduce the need for a dedicated low skill traveling AH alt.
