"Uh, no, you simpering t$*#. Now tell me where my wisps are or I'll burn you alive. Slowly."
Stein's eyes are hard, but the corners of his mouth show the hints of a smile.
Robert "Bob" O'Flannigan
"Plus, I'll let slip to some other fey that you made a bet and forgot to ask for anything in return in the event you won."
Stein Biscuit
"What? Do you take me for a fool? I'll find the wisps on my own before I give you back your magic. Don't waste my time; tell me where they are."
Stein scoffs openly, then motions.
Rumpy is out of luck.

"You'll be polite, little man, or you'll be in a lot of pain."
Bob is just stalling with the elemental for now.
Stein Biscuit
"Very well, fey. Write me a contract. You will give me the information as soon as possible given your powers and present it in full truth - withholding no detail and in utmost clarity. You will then immediately depart, never again to haunt this forest, myself, my swamp, the denizens therein, or the Ogrekin Bob. You shall do no harm within 100 miles of my swamp and never shall you cause, directly of otherwise, harm to anything within that hundred mile radius. In exchange, I will grant you your life this once. Should you violate the spirit of this agreement, I will destroy you and your memory from the face of the planet. Your name shall be a byword and a curse among the fey for centuries to come."
He narrows his eyes.
"Is this agreeable to you?"
There is an audible hum of electricity in the air.
Stein Biscuit
"Bob, win."
The mudra (readied action to full attack), croc (grappling), and wisp (readied action to electrocute) all surround stiltskin, and Stein has readied an action to cast Dispel Magic to counterspell Rumpy.

The Earth Elemental allows its hand to be slammed into the table.
Rumpelstiltskin looks around him, makes a resigned sigh, and takes a deep breath. He holds out his hands, a roll of parchment appearing in one, and a quill appearing in the other. He scrawls out the contract (Stein, you can double-check it if you must) and signs at the bottom. He hands the quill and parchment to Stein. The parchment is oddly solid, allowing for it to be easily written on without a surface.
He turns to Bob and the Earth Elemental.
"Be gone, you worthless pile of rocks!"
He waves his hand, and the earth elemental glows for a moment before disappearing. He points to Bob.
"I will attend to our deal in a moment."

With possibly the most displeased look you have ever seen, he speaks, practically spitting the words out.
"Your beloved wisps are with the one that calls himself Puck, deeper in the forest. You will find him in his merry court deeper in the woods to the north. It is about a full day's travel from here."
He turns to Bob. He snaps his fingers, and a succubus appears in a burst of black flame. He plucks a seed off the ground and holds it for a moment. A dull glow comes from between his fingers, and he hands the seed to Bob.
"Plant it in the dirt wherever you like, and you will have your tree within the day. Enjoy your night."
He spits on the ground angrily and disappears in a twist of sulfurous yellow smoke.
Robert "Bob" O'Flannigan
"Thanks, pal."
Bob turns to the succubus. "Redhead, curly hair, pale, some freckles. Green eyes. Bit shorter than you are right now."
He chuckles, and grins. "We'll put my reward to good use later tonight."

With something of a put-out look on her face, the succubus will alter her form to Bob's demands.
Things go fairly well, and Bob has a nice night. The succubus does not try anything, but does seem to be in less of a bad mood when she leaves, but you catch her muttering something about being tired of doing demeaning tasks.

Stein will lead the next day of searching through the woods, as it is needed.
