So I made this order online today (Bestiary Box 2 PDF) but for whatever reason I did not get my subscriber discount. Now maybe I am confused as to whether you get the discount when ordering PDFs. I thought I had in the past. Clarification on this would help.
Also, I was trying to add the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game: Strategy Guide (OGL)as a preorder but ended up getting an error message. I was wondering if it actually ended up in my side cart or not. I tried twice, so if there is two in there, could you please remove one.

Hello Rob,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I'm not sure why our system was being stubborn, but it was just not taking that Pathfinder Advantage discount off of there like it should have. I manually edited the prices and refunded the difference of $3.75 back to your card. You should see the refund show up within 2 - 5 business days.
As for the Strategy Guide, I did not see it in your sidecart, nor could I find any recent orders for it. I just went ahead and dropped one into your sidecart to wait for your next available subscription shipment. Please feel free to look over everything on your account and make sure the correct changes have been made, and then let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with.

Just one other issue I just noticed. The current pending order has my card declined. I have since corrected the issue and clicked the "try payment method again" button. Not sure if that is working either as it still shows declined and I did not get an email.
