Both indices all creatures in the PRD from the Bestiaries (1, 2, 3, & 4) and Mythic Adventures.
I 100% agree that we need this feature. There are some other glaring issues with the PRD that need addressing, but this ranks pretty high :)

I wish the Paizo messageboards would allow you to edit a post. =/ I am also considering doing one by terrain, but these are quite time consuming.
