I feel like I know the answer to this question already, but I must ask - is there any chance of all three chapters being published together in dead tree format?
Not together, Palace alone is over 200 pages. There will be print bundles soon. The proofs are en route and once the boss approves them the hard and soft cover books will go on sale.
