Some stuffs that I thought about for a quick conversion to pathfinder:
A Level 20 adventure - Part One - enemies worth mentioning, all other just use the basic pathfinder conversion.
The Cathazar = use a mythic demon marilith (CR 21/MR 8)
Nurn the death slaad rogue 5 = Protean Imentesh with 10 rogue levels.

Cool idea Eltacolibre. How many mythic levels should be achievable during the adventure? You could make a mythic tier available for each part, scene, or every other scene. Adding mythic levels to the monsters should make the adventure pretty difficult, it might be worth having a plan for dealing with a tpk or two during the adventure. I would recommend converting Ashardalon to mythic Pathfinder, then determine how many mythic levels the PCs need for that encounter. Then you can make more mythic tiers available during the adventure so the PCs get to where you want them to be.

The enemies
Soulsipper, scoulscapper, soul marauders = Aeon Pleroma (toss in the agile mythic template for some more challenge)
Crystal Screamer = Plasma Ooze

Po change the levels of fighter for Slayer.
Thalidorus use a mythic chimera,add the advanced template, increase hd until it reaches CR 15.

Tamion change him into a Balor Lord (CR 21) with the soul swallow ability.
Make Buphaltus a balor lord as well (CR 21), with the master of magic ability.

I really like the idea of Dahak being involved in this and would make a perfect setup with the dragons. Myra the dragonhearted as a cleric of Dahak would be perfect.
Pemoka Half-Dragon Kobold Bard possible archetype adapt to your party needs for challenge:
1)Flamedancer (ACG), it's good but knowing they are going to fight a red dragon at the end, your party might come equipped with fire resistance.
2)Dragon Yapper (Monster Codex): It's just a fun archetype, not great, but fun.

Making a Mythic Great Wyrm Red Dragon/MR 10 (CR 27) as the base now with the following stats change:
Hp 700, Fast Healing 15
Use the spell list in the book
The following mythic abilities:
Dragon Blood (2d8)
Dragon Cantrips
Lingering Breath
Mythic Spellcasting (Make the following spells mythic:
Meteor Swarm, Plane Shift, Circle of Death, Globe of Invulnerability, Cloudkill, [4 spells of your choice to make mythic])
Amazing Initiative
Dual Initiative (Frankly a must-have)
Ashardarlon the Powerful(Unique ability): Ashadarlon is a powerful being, during a battle versus mythic opponents, Ashadarlon gains a pool of temporary mythic power points equal to the number of mythic opponent he is facing. He regains these temporary power point anytime a mythic opponent uses a mythic power in his presence and also can take attack of opportunity. Ashadarlon can negate any ongoing magical effects, even the ones that wouldn't allow him to save by spending a mythic power point. Once per day, when Ashadarlon would be reduced to 0 hit points, in combat, he regains half of his total hit points. Also when Ashadarlon dies, he can unleash a full round action including a last breath dragon attack.
Fortification.
Feats and mythic feats:
Get Vital Strike and Mythic Vital Strike, should be noted that Mythic Vital strike damage is over the top, use it with caution.
