I am not seeing this item in your order history, if you placed it through paizo.com, can you let me know the order number?
If you purchased it through another retailer, the first step would be to contact them. If you have a defective book they should be able to exchange or refund you and then in turn, get an exchange or credit with their distributor (thus having the defective product "come back" to us the same way it went out). If they are unable or unwilling to help, please shoot us an email at customer.service@paizo.com.

I've set up a replacement for this order. Sometimes a book will go through the printing press and not get the right amount of glue for the binding which can lead to this. One thing that some customers have found helps is to crease the cover on the crease lines about a quarter edge from the spine, this helps prevent the spine from cracking.
