I am preparing to run a young group of Pathfinders through the Penumbral Accords and had a quick question regarding the awarding of PP for success. I notice that the PP seems to be tied directly to the completion of faction related missions rather than the overall completion of the scenario. Since this is a group of younger players I am not sure they have actually selected a specific faction. Am I able to award PP for the players based on what they do complete up to a maximum of 2 PP per player? Or, will I need to instruct them to champion a faction and complete the specific mission tied to it?

Also, it states in the Conclusion that if they successfully rescue the Blakros Daughters that they players can keep any loot they may have uncovered in the museum. Does this mean that if they loot a piece of armor while in the scenario that they can actually allow a player character to keep it and use it on future scenarios instead of purchasing it?

The faction specific missions have been done away with. You go by the secondary success conditions instead. There is a free download in the gm resources area. It will tell you what the primary and secondary missions are for seasons 0-4.
You get 1 prestige for ea.
For flavor, the pcs can still do their personal faction mission in the scenario handouts.
The pcs are required to belong to a faction though.

you can use items found in the scenario for the duration of the scenario only.
You must purchase items after the scenario to have them for ongoing scenarios.

I ran this a few months ago, was the 2nd time I ran a scenario from before season 5 and my player with a Taldor character read his mission and looked at me and said "We really are murderhobos." Was fun watching the players trip over each other trying to rob the place blind for their factions.
Even if it doesn't get them any extra Prestige anymore, I do like to give them the faction missions from the old scenarios, for the fun, for the flavor, and to help the players learn little more about the factions and where they came from during their evolution over the years.
