I don't know if one exists, but I couldn't find one that would be usable across all expansions and sets, and reusable by anyone so I made my own. My group has gotten into this game heavy and we love it, so I've made a Character Tracking Sheet to share with you all!

if sharing this is not allowed, please let me know!

It does look nice, however I think an addition is in order.
You want it to work for all sets, so an additional column for the origin of the card would be helpful too if we ever needed to put the decks back together again. Not much of an issue currently with only two boxes and some character decks, but looking into the future in may be difficult to find specific cards if you do not recall where they came from.
Sure you could just put it on the line with the card name, but another column will help with alignment and guide the eyes quickly to relevant info.

Easily added with check box, for sure. For now with this version you could simply denote RRL or S&S. I'll see if I can find time tonight to add check boxes.
If you add checkboxes, you'll have to update it with every new installment and that would probably get messy after awhile; since you'd have to put boxes for character deck cards as well.
I'm going under the assumption that the sheet is ultimately for those crazy enough to mix ALL their sets together; the ultimate worst case scenario.
Maybe just a box next to each cardname that they can shorthand the origin.
So an entry could look like this:
Potion of Heroism - SAS-1 (Skulls & Shackles Deck 1)

New version! Added in small box next to each line to indicate anything extra (expansion it came from, any other reason for notation) and added an 11th slot.

let me know what you all think. The box can be used for initials very easily (e.g. RL for Rune Lords, SS for Skulls and Shackles, etc.)
