This is my first time having an issue with any miniatures and I am sure this will come off as unlikely.
Friday at Borderlands one of my towns FLGS I order a Brick of Lost Coast minis and I got to pick up the very sweet Giant Demon. No issues at all.
Today I picked up another brick from Cool Stuff. Got home started opening them after dinner. The miniatures were fine with the exception of a Stone Giant missing his arm with a club. However, that is not my problem.
I got the exact same miniatures. Two different bricks, bought from two different stores. The exact same minis. When I mean the same, I mean I could tell you what the smaller minis were in the box based on the large mini. I am not happy at all. I do not mind getting doubles, but that is far from okay. I get that sometimes you will get repeats, but I have been collecting minis for years and never have I pulled the same box for box.
Maybe I should play the lotto?? Thought you should know about the non-random pull of minis I received.

Unless there's a human error involved, any two cases will contain the same four bricks. If you buy bricks separately and they pull from two different cases, you have a 1/4 chance of getting the exact same brick. This is done on purpose to make sure that each case contains a full set. It's only really random if you're buy individual boosters.

Next time I shall order a brick and just mix them then. I find it odd that they would not shuffle them before hand.
Like I said, they do that to try to ensure that every case has a full set. Too much random shuffling, and you end up with cases that are missing figures. When Paizo first started talking about minis sets, that was one thing customers were very vocal about: 1 case = 1 full set.
