I see an email from August 18 that Erik responded to on August 28th. If there is one that is newer than that, can you try sending again as I cannot find anything in our inbox. If you did not get his response, let me know and I can resend it.
With regards to payment methods we do not have a tool for adding them unless you are going through checkout. As long as your debit card has the VISA, Mastercard or Discover logo on it you should be able to enter it as a credit card.

Sara, No i did not get that mail.
It has Maestro wich is the same as Mastercard, but that wil lbe why it does not work. We will ook for an alternative then.
