For those of you that don't know, the Factotum is basically a Red Mage. It's supposed to be a jack of all trades but master of none. It's also supposed to be a switch-hitter, able to specialize into whatever the party happens to need at the time, or at least fake it long enough to keep people alive.
So I basically said "this needs to be a Fighter/Rogue/Cleric/Wizard" and went from there. I might have went a bit overboard when I added elements of the Psychic, but I wanted to include all three magic areas. I'm not sure if it works or not, but whatever. Maybe the spell needs to go to a 4 level cap instead of six.
This guy is probably broken all to hell and back, so fair warning. I am sure it needs some help. Once again, I couldn't sleep because this was on my mind. And I may have rambled a bit in my design notes, please excuse me.

Out of curiosity, are you familiar with the factotum from 3.5? It does a lot of what you want this to do, as indicated in your notes sections, and might provide further inspiration (I'm suggesting you review it for ideas to enhance your concept, not to discourage you from persuing the course you've taken).
In addition, I think I'd be more tempted to make this a rogue archetype in lieu of bard, but take that with a grain of salt. I tend to see the rogue as more "modular" in terms of plug-and-play archetype design, but especially with regards to this type of class.

This is really cool as is, actually. I think you're undervaluing the loss of Bardic Performance, particularly Inspire Courage; this is basically the offensive half of the Bard, allowing the class to obtain pseduo-full BAB and justifying 6th level spellcasting. I don't think this Bard will be better than the Wizard, Cleric, or Psychic, just by virtue of them getting faster progression and 9th level spells while the Factotum does not, but the Factotum is so much more fun.
I'd almost make this an Int-based Bard since you've removed everything that is a "performance".

Da'ath: I did look up and briefly skim the Factotum class. I decided to go with Bard over Rogue for the built in spellcasting capabilities. As I stated in the doc itself, my original idea was to go Magus for the Red Mage aspect (I like to combine like terms as it were) but I went with the Bard for the skills and the spells.
Arachnofiend: I thought about making him Int based, but I think I decided to stick with Charisma to sort of "fool" the three different aspects of magic (Arcane, Divine and Psychic) into working for him. I'm glad you think I've undertraded for Bardic Performance rather than overtraded, that makes me feel a lot better. Perhaps I should work out a progression table for what he gets now, and see what levels are empty and maybe throw a few more feats in there?
