I'm trying to order the Sihedron Medal for my Shattered Star DM as a Christmas present.
When I get to checkout, it won't let me add it to the current pending subscription order. I just got notified about the order authorization yesterday. That seems like a very short pending period.

I'm not sure why it wasn't letting you select the pending order, but I have successfully moved it over to pending order 3357680 and sent a new confirmation email.
