We're now nearing the three week mark and this order 3329153 apparently hasn't shipped. Can you give me a bit more specifics than it's 'awaiting its turn to get into the shipping queue"?

I have to say that in the world of Amazon, allowing two weeks for an order to ship without explanation seems kind of...outdated. (Is this something unique to the gaming hobby?)

Three weeks is really pushing the envelope.

It means we have so many orders right now that we cannot print out all packing lists at once because there are just too many. Amazon has tens of thousands of employees and warehouses all over the country; we have one warehouse and a handful of warehouse employees. I agree that our shipping is slower than desirable, and want to assure you that we are actively trying to make changes and figure out how to better handle the exponential growth with our online store.

That being said, your order shipped this morning.
