I placed this order on October 12th in anticipation of a game scheduled for November 8th. Is there any way to find out how close it is to being ready to ship? Also, if it will not be ready by November 8th will I be able to cancel the order? Thanks in advance for your help.

I've looked into your order #3313162, and it looks like everything in the order is fine, it is just caught up in the Golem Sale traffic jam. While I can say that our warehouse is working hard to ship everything as quickly and efficiently as they can, I don't have a more concrete estimate for when your specific order will be processed.

Once your order does process, you should receive a shipping confirmation email to notify you. If you would like to alter or cancel your order before then, please let me know and I will be glad to help out. Don't hesitate to let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

Thank you for your response Katina. Unfortunately, my order still seems to be pending. Since this is the case, I am not confident it will be delivered by November 8th in time for the game these minis were intended to be used for. If the order should happen to ship before then end of this business day (November 3, 2014) I'll take a chance they will arrive in time. If the order is still pending at the end of the day, please cancel the order.
