Warpriest pregen possible error

I think there is an error in the Warpriest Level 4 Pregen's skills.

Perception should be +4,not +3, same as the LVL 1 pregen due to Bestial (APG), with no ranks in Perception.

The 4th level Oloch has 8 total skill ranks but lists ranks in 9 skills other than Perception: Climb, Heal, Intimidate, Knowledge (religion), Perform (precussion), Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Swim. So there are not enough skill ranks to make those 9 skills.

Am I wrong? If so, please explain.

Did he use a favored class bonus for a skill point?

Okay, so the extra rank is from a favored class bonus. So one is used on HP and the other is used on the 9th skill. That leaves two favored class bonuses left unapplied.

I think there is a similar problem with the level 7 warpriest pregen as well. Unapplied favored class bonuses.

And the 7th level pregen hasn't applied the strength belt and wis headband to the appropriate skills either.
