Unable to login on official site?

Hi there everyone. So, like many of you I received an e-mail a little over a week ago inviting me to the alpha test. Needless to say, I'm very excited to get my hands on the game, even in these early stages.

However, when I attempt to follow the e-mail's instructions and log in to my account at goblinworks.com, I'm unable to do so. Moreover, when I attempt to recover my password, it tells me that there's no account associated with my e-mail address. So, thinking that I must have stupidly forgotten to actually create an account, I tried to do so, but it told me that my e-mail address is already in use, so obviously I do, in fact, have an account, but I'm completely unable to access it.

I've tried e-mailing customer service, but so far I've received no response. I know that GW is a small studio and things must be incredibly hectic with the commencement of alpha testing, so that's completely understandable, but I'm seriously itching to get into the game, so I figured I'd throw out a post here and see if anyone could point me in the right direction to get things sorted out. Thanks in advance for any help y'all can offer!

the main website seems to be very slow today. I suggest the email as above. Its good that you mentioned it. I am going to check it out on my home computer in a bit and see if it is still slow there or if its just isolated to this school network.

I had exactly the same problem. I emailed the support people and Bonny put it right by creating my account for me. I suggest that you email them with all your Paizo information (email address, Paizo log-in name and so on - not password!), and the username you'd like to use for the Goblinworks account.

In my case it took a couple of days to fix but my participation in the game is proof that it got fixed in the end.
