Hi there everyone. So, like many of you I received an e-mail a little over a week ago inviting me to the alpha test. Needless to say, I'm very excited to get my hands on the game, even in these early stages.
However, when I attempt to follow the e-mail's instructions and log in to my account at goblinworks.com, I'm unable to do so. Moreover, when I attempt to recover my password, it tells me that there's no account associated with my e-mail address. So, thinking that I must have stupidly forgotten to actually create an account, I tried to do so, but it told me that my e-mail address is already in use, so obviously I do, in fact, have an account, but I'm completely unable to access it.
I've tried e-mailing customer service, but so far I've received no response. I know that GW is a small studio and things must be incredibly hectic with the commencement of alpha testing, so that's completely understandable, but I'm seriously itching to get into the game, so I figured I'd throw out a post here and see if anyone could point me in the right direction to get things sorted out. Thanks in advance for any help y'all can offer!
