Order 3199827 Pending

Hello there, Paizo Customer Service. As I review the Customer Service portion of the forums it seems like there are a good number of orders that are pending. Notwithstanding, I just want to confirm that there is no problem with my order (Order 3199827), maybe waiting for the arrival of a book that was not immediately in stock. Here I am thinking that this might be the case with the The Lords of Gossamer & Shadow. I guess the upshot here is that I haven't received my physical books and hope that these will be shipped out shortly. Please let me know what the status is with the order. I've taken a look into your order #3199827 and it seems that your hunch was right. The Lords of Gossamer & Shadow book is currently on backorder, and the rest of the order is waiting on it to be restocked. Would you like me to move the book to a new order to pend by itself so that the rest of the order may be shipped? Or would you rather leave the whole thing alone and have it ship together when we get more of the book?

Either way, let me know and I should be able to get it taken care of for you. Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or concerns.

Katina, thank you for getting back to me. I really appreciate it. To respond to the options above, yes, why don't we split the order up and send on the available books now and send on the Lords of Gossamer and Shadow book when it arrives in from backorder.
