Order 3308723, wrong address

I just placed this order, but unfortunately forgot to update my shipping address as I've moved since the last time I placed one. Is there a way to update the shipping address, or should I cancel and reorder?

I understand that customer service is probably under the gun with the sale and all, but a response to this would be appreciated, even if its just to say your looking into it.


Every time you "bump" or add to your thread it pushes it down further in the queue as Customer Service works oldest to newest first and your and my adds just made yours the newest one.

I just did the same thing, but don't think that 2 minutes will make much of a difference.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've temporarily suspended your order so that we can fix the address before it is sent to the wrong place. I should be able to change the address on my end, and then unsuspend the order. Would you like your new address set as your default for future orders as well?
