Can you please confirm the status of the following order: 3299801.

Its been pending since Thu, Sep 25, 2014. Is this order still processing or should I cancel and go elsewhere? I have sent emails to customer service but no response.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It looks like your order was held up because we had needed to order more of the item from our distributor, but it seems to have just come in recently. I can see no other reason that your order would be delayed for longer, and will make sure to get it down to our warehouse so that they can get it processed ASAP. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once they reach your place in the queue.
