After looking into your order #3306937, it seems that it was just caught up in the mass of Great Golem Sale and Subscription orders that our warehouse is sending out right now. Nothing seems to be wrong with the order that I can tell right now, we've just got a very big queue to get through. I've taken the liberty of nudging your order along a bit so that hopefully it will get out of here a little bit more quickly. We do not have an exact timeline for how long it will take the warehouse to get to it, but they should send you a shipping confirmation email once it is processed.
