Can you help me understand this?
I placed an order on 10-02. I received an email today that reads "Order #3042202 is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Friday, October 24". However, in my Order History under Shipments it reads "Package Tracking Shipped Today (package 709558) Not trackable".
I don't understand how it could take 22 days to ship my order. Why is there a huge 10 day discrepancy between the email and the order history. And if shipping cost me $13.97, why can't it be tracked?
Thanks for your time.
Steve.

Hello Steve,
The message you received was an automated email that is sent out when our warehouse processes your order for shipping. The date given in there is just an estimate, with the intention of including any possible delays that could occur.
We are currently in the middle of sending out our regular subscription shipments, along with a big heap of Great Golem Sale orders, so our turnaround time has slowed a bit. For typical subscription runs, we generally allow a two-week window to get all of our orders processed and shipped out.
That being said, the fact that you got this email is a good sign! It means that your order has already been boxed up and is just waiting to be picked up by the USPS. Since the email was sent on Tuesday, I'm guessing that it should already be on the way to you. It looks like it was shipped via USPS Priority, with an esimate of 2 - 5 business days in transit once it leaves the warehouse. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the tracking information for Priority packages.
Hopefully this was helpful, please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with in the meantime, and I would be more than happy to do so.
Thanks!
Katina
