Okay, first the simple one:
To look at someone else's profile, just right-click on their name and choose open link in new tab. That new tab is their (or their aliases') profile page. If you then click on the Alias tab, you can see their other alts.
Now, the more complex one, your own profile, in edit mode:
Click on the My Account link, and then sign in with your password, this assumes you have a Paizo account.
To edit your Pathfinder Society information, including registered PCs, click on the Make Changes button in the Pathfinder Society box.
NOTE: As it has been several years, and probably multiple system changes, I do not know how to register for a PFS number anymore, other than using the card a GM or Coordinator might have given you,
Assuming you have a registered PFS number, you can see two options at the bottom of the page, one for registering a new RP PC, another for registering a new CG PC.
Once you click on one of those buttons, it will give you some options for things like faction logo, name, stats, etc.. When done editing, click on the Submit Changes button.
If that doesn't answer your question, I am not sure what you are asking.

Hello, how do you find someones personal profile? Step by step please.
On the far left of your screen (under the graphic that reads "Pathfinder Legends", from my POV) there is a SEARCH box. If you know the name of the PC you played with, try typing it in there. Sometimes that character's profile will come up. If that doesn't work, you could try typing in the name of the player, though I've rarely had luck with that method myself.
I see you have a GM Star. If you've reported sessions before, you'll notice that after you type in someone's PFS ID# their character's name (usually) shows up in the reporting box. Using that name in the search box I described above should work.
Does that answer your question?
