No S&S Adventure Deck 2: Raiders of the Fever Sea in Order 3301213

I noticed that I should notify Customer service if PACG S&S Adventure deck 2 did not come in with an subscription placed in September on Order 3301213.

Can you please help with this?

I believe this should come with the subscription discount and the promo cards as well.

Thank you for letting us know about this. It looks like your subscription got a bit confused, and didn't spawn an order for Adventure Deck #2 as it should have. I've created that order manually, and made sure that it was connected to your subscription and discounted accordingly. You should be receiving a confirmation email for the order shortly.

I will make sure that the new order gets down to our warehouse ASAP so that they can get it ready for shipping. Once it has been processed, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with in the meantime.
