Received wrong item

I received Skull and Shackles adventure deck #2 but inside the card box was the contents of a S&S character add-on deck... it looks like the illustrated box was already opened and someone mispackaged it (maybe the contents had fallen out and gotten mixed up?) Not sure but now i don't know what to do with it.

How do i request a S&S new adventure deck 2 and send the mispackaged extra Character add-on deck back?
