Hello customer service.
Finally got around to opening my S&S game unaware of the missing card problem that has plagued some. I went about prepping the game and realized I was missing a lot of cards. One of the decks.
I seem to be missing:
Locations
Scenarios
Base Adventure
Henchman
Villains
Ships
Character tokens
First half of the monsters
(Bilge spider-rat swarm) I believe.

Sorry to hear that you were missing some cards! It does indeed sound like you are missing one of the sealed decks from the Base Set, so I will get a replacement set up right away. Since it is after warehouse hours, the soonest they'll be able to get to it would be tomorrow.
