Order #'s 3255552 & 3265643

Greetings,

I just got the email today for a pending transaction for my monthly shipment (3265643). So, being reminded that I do want to buy everything Paizo makes, I went on Paizo.com and placed an order today for more stuff(3255552). I selected shipment with monthly subscription. Will they ship together at this point? If not, I would like to change the shipment method on my 3255552 order to as soon as possible.

Hello Jay,

When you add items to your sidecart, they will be put into the next subscription order that is generated. This means that if you get an order generated and then place a different order the same day, those items will go with the next month's subscription.

Since your subscription order has not shipped yet, I was able to push a bulk of the items from your new order into your subscription order. A few of the items in order #3255552 were backordered, so I have put them in your sidecart to be pushed into a subscription once they are available.

I've sent you an updated confirmation email for order #3265643 so that you can look over it. Please let me know if there are any further questions or concerns that I would be able to assist you with and I would be more than happy to do so.
