Ultimate Campaign Question.

Ok so i checked additional resources for this book, and it mentions the traits and retaining, but nothing else.

Then i check the additional resource thread and i spotted Michael saying all of it would become legal Season 5. But usually when they do that additional resource says..everything in the book is legal with the changes below.....

So which is it. a little lost. Some of the vanities (wanderer) i would be interested in taking now that all of the faction based vanities have gone poof.
