or for those who like algebra

f(x) = ⌊x/3⌋ + 1

That's how I typically figure out my level on the fly. Quick divide by three and add one, round down (like everything else in Pathfinder, hahaha)

Well, looking at your profile, your character level is 4.

Or maybe I'm missing something.
