Might not be what you want but "The Savage World of Solomon Kane" source book has the edges "Close fighting" and "Improved Close Fighting" on page 35. They are also in the "50 Fathoms" setting book on page 21.
You might also check out Agents of Oblivion (spy/horror source vook from Reality Blurs).
There's also a load of martial arts stuff in Iron Dynasty (Reality Blurs again), but that has a definite ninja-feel to hit.
