As written on help/faq answered questions i should wait max 24 h before it changes from "pending" to "shipping".
Then there are 7 days that i wait and it's still pending, what to do now?

Hello Onofrio,

It looks like your order contains multiple items that we do not have in our warehouse and have ordered from our distributor. They should be on their way to us shortly, and once we receive them, we will get your order sent out as quickly as possible. The items we are waiting for are:

-Minotaur of the Maze
-Trathus Varr Adventuring Wizard
-Blacksilk, Male Thief
-Fire Elemental
-Duke Gerard Crusaders Warlord
-Thorvald Clawhelm Dwarven Cavalry

If you would like the rest of your items to be sent immediately, I can move the delayed items into a new order or cancel them. Otherwise, the order will remain pending until we receive all of the items, at which time we will send everything at once.

Please let me know what you would prefer to do and I will be more than happy to help out. If you have any questions in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask!

Then i was thinking to add something into cart but i have not decided yet, let's leave as setted for now, i'll let you know if i get a choice

Can i know how much it will take more? more than 2 weeks waiting, I would like to know more about my order if possible, thanks :)

I've just checked back into your order, and it seems like everything has arrived! It should be ready to go now. I will make sure to get it down to the warehouse so they can get it out to you as soon as possible. You should receive a shipping confirmation email once the order is shipped.
