I'm not sure I understand the need for the change to the rulebook due to multiple villains in the same location deck.
The rules already covered that if there was another villain in the location, then the location was temporarily closed, and the defeated villain couldn't escape there. In the situation described in the FAQ, that would leave the defeated villain with nowhere to escape, and the scenario says that when you do that you should put the villain by the scenario card.
So I'm not sure I see what benefit there is from this change, at least for Plugg's Uglies.

Does anybody else read the Torture Pit Location card from The Price of Infamy as you bury the top card of your deck at the start and end of your turn if you are at the location for your entire turn, not just either the start or end as the text says?

This entry has been updated. (The sentence "Return the henchman to the pile after the encounter" is new.)
Should Chelish Marine also lose the "; it is defeated or undefeated based solely on your check" part? Since that is now no longer applicable since everyone else is encountering one before you act, that part seems unnecessary.
