Issue Reporting The Confirmation

I am getting the following message when reporting The Confirmation for players that have played it before, but not with that character number:

Database issue. Hopefully it will get fixed, but, right now, it is a reporting issue, and, as long as the players have their chronicle sheets, shouldn't have any real effect.

Happens to me and Thornkeep: Accursed Halls all the time.

Just when it gets fixed, it'll happen again.
