Can't view and download my purchased Advanced Class Guide in "My Downloads"

In my "Order History" i have the Advanced Class Guide submitted at Jun 15, 2014 and status complete and the Advanced Class Guide PLAYTEST submitted free at Jan 2, 2014 . But in "My Downloads" i see only Advanced Class Guide PLAYTEST link. So i cannot download my Advanced Class Guide. Why?? :(

This may be a dumb question, but did you purchase the PDF or the Hardcover?

If you purchased just the Hardcover, and you are not a subscriber to the RPG line of products, you do not get the PDF for free.

I did a bit of sleuthing and was able to discern why the PDF wasn't available. I just refreshed your available Downloads, and you should find the Advanced Class Guide available to you. Thanks for checking in with us!
